Unfortunately, Madeleine got her first cold this last weekend. It hit her on Friday (9/23) and she is still feeling the effects. Luckily the water eyes, cough, and sneezing are gone and it doesn't seem to be affecting her mood anymore.
She is sleeping terribly but after taking her to the pediatrician Monday we are assured it is just a cold and not an ear infection. We are definitely keeping an eye on it. I have been using saline drops and the nose sucker, which she hates. We leave for vacation this weekend so we're hoping she is feeling better and we are out of the danger zone for an ear infection.
