We have been busy with birthday parties (all Maddie's friends are born at the end of May or beginning of June) and getting outside to enjoy the wonderful weather!
Madeleine is a true Sappenfield because she loves her cowgirl hat and she loves boots (snow boots in particular). This is what she loves to wear around in the morning sometimes.

On Friday while heading to the gym and to run errands she insisted on wearing her snow boots. I started to fight her and decided to give in and pick my battles. So she wore her skirt and boots in 80 degree weather. :)
Last night we had a group of friends over for dinner and Madeleine loved playing with her friend Emily
We are looking forward to a fun summer with family and friends!
