On Thursday Madeleine and I headed to Cincinnati to hang out with Vivy and Will while Chad and Jacob went hunting in Alabama. The night before I tried Maddie's hair in pig tails and it actually worked! You can see she is playing with my phone, which she figured out how to unlock and loves to scroll through the pictures!
We spent all day Friday and Saturday with the kids while Dana worked. It was a lot of fun and Will and Maddie definitely love each other, while one or the other was sleeping the other would yell repeatedly "WILL!" or "Maddie!!" It was really cute. Vivy was very patient and sweet with "the little kids" she called them. :)
All the kids loved playing on Grandma's air mattress in the dining room. Mom let Maddie and I have the guest room and she stayed downstairs. Everyone loved playing on her bed and with her sound machine. Vivy made sure to explain what each sound was..."this is a thunderstorm!"
On Saturday Will woke up sick so but luckily slept all of the morning so we had a lot of girl time.
It was a nice time and was so fun to see all the cousins together. It was especially sweet to see Maddie and Will finally excited about each other. We left to go back to mom's on Saturday evening to relax. Mom had the old high chair from Grandma and Grandpa's that is perfect for Maddie.
It was a fun weekend and next weekend Vivy turns 3!!
