Madeleine woke up at 10pm on Friday night getting sick. It was the first time we have dealt with a really sick baby and it is the pits. She finally went to sleep around 1am and woke up feeling better on Saturday. Unfortunately, it meant that we had to skip Vivy's birthday party in Cincinnati, which was really sad.
For most of the day Saturday she was in a decent mood even though she didn't eat much. Saturday night at 10pm she woke up getting sick again. She was up and down all night though not getting sick just needing to be rocked and comforted. After 2 naps today for a total of 5.5 hours she started feeling better this evening. Maddie ate a tiny bit and was feeling pretty good by bedtime tonight.
We are hoping the worst is over!
