As we prepare for Christmas, one of my favorite things to do with my mom was to make sugar cookies. I think it's the reason that I love baking (that and who doesn't love cookie dough). My mom always took time to teach me how to bake and spent time letting me make different recipes. I have always looked forward to the day I would bake Christmas cookies with my little girl.
