Madeleine is changing so quickly! Her vocabulary has expanded a lot in the last few weeks.
She now says: Yeah, No, Don't, Blue, Red, Eye, Ok, Dog, Cat, Woof Woof, Duck, Ball, Yay, and she has started singing. Maddie now waves hi and bye to everyone!
On Thursday morning 7/26 Madeleine took her first steps going from Jacob to me while we were in NYC. Since then she is getting braver and her balance is getting better!
It is strange because she really seems to be understanding what we are saying all of the sudden and answering appropriately. You will ask her a question and she will answer "Yeah" or "No" and you think.....does she know what I'm saying??
She slept in the room with us in NY, which we were nervous about and haven't done in such close quarters for a long time and it was totally fine!
Yesterday 7/31 Madeleine took 2 unassisted steps from the chair in the living room. She did it twice and today several times and then she took 4 steps! When Jacob got home tonight she walked around 6 feet between the both of us. She is definitely getting very courageous!
