We had a great time at home this weekend! The weather was cooler and it was so nice to be at home and do things as a family. On Saturday we headed to a nursery about a mile down the road to look at pumpkins and see the animals. Madeleine had fun walking around and exploring.

Madeleine is constantly on the move so it was almost impossible to get a shot of her head on!
She really liked playing in the gravel and dirt and was very gentle with the flowers. When she hands you something (which she loves doing) she says "Deesh" it's so cute!
We had a big day and Maddie was so tired by 6:00. As soon as she finished dinner we took her upstairs, bathed her and she was in bed before 7 and slept until 8 this morning. We had a group of people over from church so it worked out perfectly!
Part of the reason we went to the nursery was to look at trees for the backyard. We did some looking, came home and did research and went back and bought one today. This red maple will be at our house after the first freeze!

On the way out we stopped in to see the horse since he was out to pasture on Saturday. Madeleine really liked her and wanted to pet her unlike how she was the month before when we saw Little Bit.
We are so excited to have a bit of shade in our backyard in the years to come and it will be nice to add a 4th tree to our yard (though this one is much much bigger)!
